Job Posting: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
📍 Location: Fairhaven, MA (In-Office Only)
💼 Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
💰 Compensation: 40% of net collections (competitive, based on experience)
We are seeking a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing team. This role offers professional autonomy within a supportive environment, with opportunities for collaboration, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
✔ Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses.
✔ Develop and implement individualized medication management and treatment plans.
✔ Provide psychoeducation and supportive interventions for patients and families.
✔ Ensure intake packets and consent forms are completed prior to prescribing.
✔ Maintain timely, accurate coding and documentation in the EHR and secure shared drive.
✔ Monitor patient progress, adherence, and side effects, adjusting treatment as clinically indicated.
✔ Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and community providers.
✔ Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Massachusetts law, and professional ethics.
✔ Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with Board Certification as PMHNP-BC.
✔ Active Massachusetts APRN license in good standing.
✔ Active DEA license and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
✔ Must carry own malpractice insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
✔ Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and documentation skills.
✔ Supervision required for PMHNPs with less than 2 years of independent practice experience.
✔ Experience in telepsychiatry and integrated care models preferred.

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our growing team. This role offers professional autonomy within a supportive and collaborative practice environment, with opportunities for supervision, consultation, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
✔ Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
✔ Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy as clinically indicated.
✔ Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy interventions (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
✔ Ensure intake packets and consent forms are completed prior to initiating treatment.
✔ Maintain timely, accurate coding and documentation in the EHR and secure shared drive.
✔ Collaborate closely with PMHNPs, physicians, and community providers to support holistic care.
✔ Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust interventions as needed.
✔ Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Massachusetts law, and professional ethics.
✔ Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
✔ Current and active LICSW license in Massachusetts.
✔ Must carry own malpractice insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
✔ Strong therapeutic skills with a variety of clinical populations.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
✔ Familiarity with EHR documentation and insurance coding preferred.
✔ Supervision available for those newer to independent practice.
